If you would like to permanently delete your Happy Hours account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the mobile application or by submitting a request using the form below.
What happens when you delete your account?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data from our servers. This action is irreversible and includes the deletion of:
- Your user profile information (display name, email address, profile photo).
- Your complete review history, likes, and saved favorites.
- Any venues you own that do not have other moderators.
How to request deletion
Method 1: In the App (Instant)
This is the fastest method. Open the Happy Hours mobile app, navigate to your Profile Screen, scroll down to the bottom, tap the red Delete Account button, and confirm.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request (Below)
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your mobile device, please fill out the form below. Once we verify your identity by sending a confirmation link to your registered email, we will process your deletion request within 7 business days.
